What You Choose To Share

You can complete the online diagnostic and view your results without submitting contact information. Your answers, results and any contact details you enter are saved in this browser tab’s session storage for up to 8 hours so you can return without starting over. They are not submitted to Equinox until you choose to share them. Resetting the diagnostic clears this draft. If your browser blocks session storage, recovery may be unavailable. Selected upload files must be reselected after a page reload.

When you submit, Equinox stores your name, company, email, answers, score, submission date, source and follow-up choices. If you upload a completed PDF, the original file is also retained.

How It Is Used

Equinox uses submissions to review delivery challenges and respond to requested follow-up. Marketing permission is a separate, optional choice. Submitting does not automatically send an email or book a meeting.

Access And Requests

Submission records are available only through Equinox’s protected review area. Other visitors cannot browse your answers. To request correction or deletion, contact Equinox through the company website.

Basic request information is used to limit spam. A hashed network identifier is stored with submitted records; the original network address is not stored in the submission database.
